Beef Cattle at Kimmeridge

Our beef cattle are bred from our dairies using Limousin and Charolais beef bulls and the resulting Friesian Cross produces that unique flavour and tenderness that is characteristic of our beef. The cattle are fattened on grass in the summer and in straw yards with our own silage and barley in the winter. We introduced an Aberdeen Angus bull in 2008 and this beef should be available in late 2010/early 2011.
